Education

Dr. Erika Maroon
Dr. Maroon was raised in Peoria, Illinois and eventually moved to Northwest Indiana to complete her undergraduate degree at Purdue University Northwest. Following the completion of her Bachelors degree, she moved to Davenport, Iowa and completed her doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Personal Life
Dr. Maroon and her husband, Jeff, enjoy everything sports related. You may catch them on a weeknight playing slow pitch softball or ice hockey, depending on the season. They enjoy professional sports as well. It’s not uncommon for them to catch a Blackhawks game at the United Center or a Cubs game at Wrigley Field a few times a year. And no, Dr. Maroon is not a Cubs fan but Wrigley Field is her husband’s heaven on earth. They have a 12 year old miniature Australian Shepherd named Koda who has a lot of energy and keeps them busy. Dr. Maroon enjoys taking Koda to the local dog parks and swimming at the dog friendly beaches. They also enjoy visiting the local businesses and the community of Valparaiso. She has a huge heart and a passion for learning, teaching, and all things chiropractic.
